Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative (TX/ID/NV).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center (preferred)
