Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer training or digital success roles, preferably in eCommerce or B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in designing and improving training and onboarding programs
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital adoption challenges
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data reporting tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects
