Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer training or digital success roles, preferably in eCommerce or B2B SaaS
- Expertise in designing and improving training and onboarding programs
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital adoption challenges
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data reporting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects
