Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Patient Experience Specialist to support revenue cycle operations in cardiology practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to practice partners regarding billing, insurance, payments, and account statuses through various communication channels
  • Process credit-card payments, establish payment plans, and manage patient financial policies to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and maintain RCM key performance indicators to enhance patient experience and financial performance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, specifically in healthcare insurance
  • Experience with Athena Health EMR is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing, front office operations, and healthcare business processes
  • Competency in medical billing/coding and understanding of various insurance carriers
