Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service disconnections/reconnections, and payment arrangements
- Process trouble and outage orders, as well as assist with online account management
- Handle move in/out service requests and make payments as required
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience is required
- Must have great attendance and computer navigation skills, typing at least 35-40 WPM
- Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends during peak times
- Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Cameras must be on during training and shifts (excluding breaks and lunches)
