Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service disconnections/reconnections, and payment arrangements
  • Process trouble and outage orders, as well as assist with online account management
  • Handle move in/out service requests and make payments as required
Required Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience is required
  • Must have great attendance and computer navigation skills, typing at least 35-40 WPM
  • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends during peak times
  • Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Cameras must be on during training and shifts (excluding breaks and lunches)
