Key Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively across various support channels
- Guide customers through onboarding, setup, and configuration of AI agents and workflows
- Run product demos and maintain support documentation to empower users and enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or customer-facing operations, preferably in SaaS or construction tech
- Technical curiosity and comfort with learning cloud-based tools, APIs, and AI-driven workflows
- Experience in construction tech, field training, or AI tools is a plus
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple support tickets and requests simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues in real time
