Required Qualifications

  • Technical curiosity and comfort with learning cloud-based tools, APIs, and AI-driven workflows
  • Experience in construction tech, field training, or AI tools is a plus
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple support tickets and requests simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues in real time
