Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding individual life insurance products and policies
  • Assist clients with initiating insurance claims and provide information on policy changes
  • Facilitate policy premium payments and administrative requests, and assist with website navigation
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with basic computer and software skills
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with some in-office requirements
  • Wired internet connection (not WiFi) required for remote work
