A company is looking for a mainly remote customer care contact specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding individual life insurance products and policies
- Assist clients with initiating insurance claims and provide information on policy changes
- Facilitate policy premium payments and administrative requests, and assist with website navigation
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with basic computer and software skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with some in-office requirements
- Wired internet connection (not WiFi) required for remote work
