Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and non-technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
  • Evaluate and direct support requests to appropriate technicians or IT resources
  • Log service requests and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or hardware operations
  • Availability for 1st & 2nd shifts and weekends
  • Ability to understand and diagnose technical issues related to networking and applications
  • Associates degree in business or computer science preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
