Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and non-technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
- Evaluate and direct support requests to appropriate technicians or IT resources
- Log service requests and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or hardware operations
- Availability for 1st & 2nd shifts and weekends
- Ability to understand and diagnose technical issues related to networking and applications
- Associates degree in business or computer science preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
