Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve tier 3 service incidents in a timely manner
- Execute SQL scripts and perform data analysis for compliance reporting and application support
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of customer service experience with 2-3 years in tier 3 technical support
- Experience in SQL, Splunk, or similar technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com
