Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and onboarding of new customers and projects
- Conduct system demonstrations and provide ongoing training for clients
- Manage client accounts, including maintenance and invoicing
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous mortgage customer/client support experience
- Familiarity with mortgage documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to handle various tasks and projects throughout the workday
