A company is looking for a Medicare Member Engagement Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to new Medicare members and assist with onboarding
- Provide information on plan benefits and resources, ensuring a positive member experience
- Log all member interactions in a database and participate in engagement work groups
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service or health care systems
- Experience with conducting intake and interviews related to consumer issues
- Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
- Experience with Medicare managed plans preferred
