Key Responsibilities

  • Log all member interactions in a database and participate in engagement work groups
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or health care systems
  • Experience with conducting intake and interviews related to consumer issues
  • Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
  • Experience with Medicare managed plans preferred
