Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage IT/business engagement models and services aligned with business strategies
- Develop relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and create shared technology plans
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure customer needs are met and advocate for business units
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C insurance industry
- Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, application modernization, data, and analytics
- Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Prior experience in driving business transformation and leading large-scale technology initiatives
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
