Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Prior experience in Multifamily, HOA, or Single Family Rentals
- Technical aptitude to identify solutions to customer issues
- Proficiency with Google Suite Products
