Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and escalate confirmed software bugs with detailed context for engineering teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and improve support processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, product operations, QA, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree (STEM or technical majors preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with APIs, browser dev tools, and general debugging techniques
  • Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and JIRA is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare software environments
