Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical support requests related to bugs, data discrepancies, and platform behavior
- Document and escalate confirmed software bugs with detailed context for engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and improve support processes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in technical support, product operations, QA, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree (STEM or technical majors preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with APIs, browser dev tools, and general debugging techniques
- Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and JIRA is a plus
- Bonus: Experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare software environments
