A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate for a temporary remote assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing resolutions within established standards
- Utilize technology to work in multiple systems simultaneously and perform research to resolve inquiries
- Document call notes accurately and maintain required performance metrics including call quality and productivity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1+ year of previous high-volume Call Center experience
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in High Touch Customer Experience for at least one year
- Flexibility regarding schedule and daily duties
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work is preferred but not required
