A company is looking for an Administrative & Claims Services Specialist - Podiatry & Chiropractic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and electronic communication support to internal and external customers
- Process tasks from all workflows to ensure timely completion of assigned activities
- Maintain contact with insureds, defense attorneys, and consultants for vendor coordination
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and minimum of five years administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical or legal office; or high school and minimum seven years' experience in an administrative or customer service capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows knowledge required
- Strong working knowledge of legal and medical terminology
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks independently
- Self-motivated with the ability to organize and multi-task
