Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of technical support experience focused on customer success
- 2+ years of experience with consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
- 2+ years working with firewall configurations and service provider modems/routers
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable broadband internet connection
