Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound phone calls and electronic communications
- Assist in interpreting verbal and written communications to make appropriate decisions
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment while learning about the insurance industry
Required Qualifications:
- Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred, with training available for qualified candidates
- Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
- Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
- Flexibility in working hours is a must
