Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Counsel policyholders on coverage options, policy limits, and payment methods
- Respond to calls and emails, documenting all activities in the system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
- Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts
