Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization in line with policy and procedure
• Ensure compliance with Teleworker Privacy Practices to maintain confidentiality and security
• Secure work area and protect CVS Health property and information from unauthorized access

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of residence required
• Previous pharmacy experience in PBM or Prior Authorization
• Basic computer skills are required
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
