Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-service, central scheduling and communication services for patients
- Handle 80+ calls back-to-back per shift in a virtual medical call center environment
- Participate in customized training to support a medical health system client
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of high-volume medical scheduling experience in a call center environment
- Two years of medical office experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR)
