A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-service, central scheduling and communication services for patients
  • Handle 80+ calls back-to-back per shift in a virtual medical call center environment
  • Participate in customized training to support a medical health system client
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of high-volume medical scheduling experience in a call center environment
  • Two years of medical office experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR)
