Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently
- Assist providers through multiple channels, including calls and chats, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
