Tri-Lingual Patient Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tri-Lingual Patient Liaison (English, French, and Portuguese).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
• Schedule travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials and manage vendor interactions
• Process expense reimbursements for patients and train study site personnel on using the online portal

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
• Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline
• Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
