Idaho Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to act as the enrollment liaison between the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare and the Idaho Medicaid provider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process initial provider enrollment applications per State requirements
• Update provider changes, certifications, and license updates
• Follow up with providers on outstanding issues within contractual guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in credentialing or regulatory roles
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with business solutions software
• Proven experience in issue resolution focused on research and provider enrollment
• Ability to investigate complex inquiries and promote successful outcomes
• Strong organization and time management skills
