A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and ensure successful onboarding
- Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews
- Define and develop Customer Success Best Practices to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Mid-Market Account Management or Customer Success
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at the executive level
- Experience in understanding customer business goals and developing strategies to support them
- Analytical mindset with a passion for technology and customer success
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Martech is a plus
