Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to work in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
- Update accounts with new client information and communicate escalated issues as needed
- Facilitate the recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized Dashboard
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
- 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- High level of experience using G-Suite and MS Office applications
