Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist with experience in schizophrenia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive phone, email, and chat support to clinical trial participants and site staff
- Manage inbound calls and conduct remote outbound calls to enhance engagement
- Be available during non-business hours and work specific shifts as required
Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED with 3+ years of patient interaction experience, or a 4-year degree with 1+ year of experience
- Experience working with sensitive patient populations, particularly schizophrenia
- Strong organizational skills and adherence to best document practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external customers
- Experience in the medical device industry or clinical trial settings is a plus
