Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for ProjectWise Product functionality/features
  • Assist users by identifying and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately
  • Document software problem defects and maintain accurate notes on user support requests
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support with global user interaction
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience or knowledge with ProjectWise product suites or similar document management systems
  • Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
  • Experience with the Windows Operating System for administration and debugging
