A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for ProjectWise Product functionality/features
- Assist users by identifying and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately
- Document software problem defects and maintain accurate notes on user support requests
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support with global user interaction
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience or knowledge with ProjectWise product suites or similar document management systems
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience with the Windows Operating System for administration and debugging
