Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager/PAP to support patient access programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in accessing therapies by verifying benefits and resolving reimbursement issues
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and insurance companies to facilitate patient therapy initiation
  • Compile and analyze reimbursement trend data for continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service/call center experience
  • Associate's degree with 6 years of customer service/call center experience
  • High school diploma/GED with 8 years of customer service/call center experience
  • Experience working with commercial and government payors
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and medical claims coding preferred
