A company is looking for a Case Manager/PAP to support patient access programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in accessing therapies by verifying benefits and resolving reimbursement issues
- Engage with healthcare professionals and insurance companies to facilitate patient therapy initiation
- Compile and analyze reimbursement trend data for continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service/call center experience
- Associate's degree with 6 years of customer service/call center experience
- High school diploma/GED with 8 years of customer service/call center experience
- Experience working with commercial and government payors
- Knowledge of accounting principles and medical claims coding preferred
