Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote position in Rochester, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries related to Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and the Marketplace
- Track and document inquiries, and refer consumers to appropriate entities as necessary
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education
- 0-1 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong data entry and telephone skills
- Previous experience with computers and phone systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
