Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering necessary information
- Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction required
- Licensing as required
