Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough application reviews, validating documents and flagging issues to ensure compliance
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to collaborate on applicant issues and improve support processes
- Respond to customer support inquiries and troubleshoot applicant issues during the application and payment processes
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks autonomously in high-volume settings
- Quick analytical thinking to assess document validity and identify potential fraud
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (training provided)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory
- Available to work 25-40 hours per week during the program period
