Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Services Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic partners maintain adequate inventory and supplies for patient needs
• Manage patient prescription issues, including tracking packages and troubleshooting carrier problems
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and the operational team to resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy technician skills, including processing claims and dispensing medications
• Familiarity with specialty medication benefits investigation and prior authorization
• Ability to engage with patients and providers in various settings
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency for quality resolution
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment and solving complex problems
