Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and process Total Loss and Insurance Repair accounts in accordance with regulations and policies
• Handle and service calls related to Potential and Actual Total Loss and Insurance Repair within established requirements
• Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions accurately and in compliance with company standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Experience in the auto finance industry is preferred
• Basic math skills for calculating cost-benefit analyses
• Knowledge of Total Loss and Insurance Repair processes and regulations is preferred
