Key Responsibilities
- Guide members by answering calls and emails regarding benefits, costs, and provider options
- Assist members in comparing benefits during open enrollment and life changes
- Resolve benefit-related issues and ensure timely updates for members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least one year of customer service or benefits experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage inquiries efficiently
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
- Eager to learn about benefits administration and healthcare plans
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
