Key Responsibilities
- Respond to routine and complex customer service inquiries via telephone
- Maintain records of calls and customer information to ensure consistent service
- Place orders, track shipments, and follow up with customers for clarification
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday
- Must be local to Tracy, CA, with potential future onsite work
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent role experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
