Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications with clients, providers, and injured workers
- Act as a liaison between clients, providers, and injured workers, ensuring effective coordination of care
- Work with providers to obtain information related to injured workers' care and manage referrals efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office and computer application systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow processes and meet service level agreements
- Experience in handling inquiries related to care and work status
