Key Responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound calls regarding medication orders and pharmacy services
• Updates patient records with insurance and pharmaceutical information
• Coordinates activities related to Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategies (REMS) compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
• Experience in a healthcare or related industry is preferred
