Key Responsibilities
- Handles inbound and outbound calls regarding medication orders and pharmacy services
- Updates patient records with insurance and pharmaceutical information
- Coordinates activities related to Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategies (REMS) compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
- Experience in a healthcare or related industry is preferred
