Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDC Trainer to develop and implement training strategies for Sales and Service call centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires
- Identify and address ongoing training needs in collaboration with leadership
- Analyze training interactions to provide insights into additional training requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in training facilitation
- Proven experience in training within a remote environment
- Background in Customer Service or Customer Service Training is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (T, W, TH in-office and M, F remote work)
