Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to navigate automated systems quickly and accurately
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work varying schedules within specified hours of operation
