Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections activity
- Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
- Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
- Ability to enter and update data accurately and timely
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
