A company is looking for a New Patient Scheduling Specialist to engage with potential patients and schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and secure appointments
- Follow up with new and warm leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Maintain accurate notes on leads and manage multiple practice pipelines using CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, preferably in healthcare
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to follow a structured workflow with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and communication tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
