Washington Licensed Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors, and trains direct report staff while managing performance evaluations
• Participates in recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff, and manages caseload assignments
• Provides oversight for client care, ensures accurate documentation, and responds to crisis situations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education
• Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or Counseling is preferred
• Two years of direct service experience in a behavioral health field; supervisory experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire
• Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
