Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Universal Agent to assist customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately via phone, email, and chat
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills to enhance customer interactions
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
  • Call center, retail, and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
