A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Universal Agent to assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately via phone, email, and chat
- Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills to enhance customer interactions
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
- Call center, retail, and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
