Tennessee Licensed Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee coding workflow processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor communication between coders and providers, providing guidance as needed
• Conduct daily team huddles and support the coding team in overcoming challenges

Required Qualifications

• Certification required (CPC, CCS-P, and/or COSC)
• Minimum of 3 years of coding experience, preferably in clinic and surgery
• Experience in medical office billing
• Orthopaedic coding experience preferred but not mandatory
• Previous supervisory or lead experience is preferred
