A company is looking for a Product Support Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to technical and part-related inquiries from customers and employees through various communication platforms
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses light industrial products, including generators and pressure washers
- Communicates warranty claims information and performs customer solutions tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent; at least one year of college or related technical training preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Mechanical aptitude related to light industrial products
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to meet established productivity and quality standards
