Outreach Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to manage enrollment scheduling for care management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound enrollment calls to members using an automated dialer
• Explain the VBCM program and schedule appointments between members and Care Managers
• Collect, input, and update member data in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of one year experience in a sales-driven, call center, or customer service environment
• Experience in clinical environments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
