Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to improve the platform and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in enterprise software or SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer success teams with a proven track record
  • Deep understanding of the modern data stack and challenges faced by data teams
  • Experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango
  • Proven ability to drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy
