A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner to analyze and adjudicate complex customer claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
- Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- Knowledge of NJ, PA, VA & DE jurisdictions preferred
- Delaware license required post-hire
