Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner to analyze and adjudicate complex customer claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of NJ, PA, VA & DE jurisdictions preferred
• Delaware license required post-hire
