Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and respond to technical escalations from critical security customers as part of a 24x7x365 Purview engineering team
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to resolve complex customer issues swiftly
  • Provide insights and feedback to engineering and product management to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics/Science, AI, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in the technology industry or customer experience engineering
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview or similar technologies
  • Ability to participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
  • 6+ years of experience in technology industry or customer experience engineering is preferred
