Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors and inspectors regarding property maintenance
- Interpret and conduct quality control of data to deliver accurate products to customers
- Maintain and update the system of record for property management
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to evaluate information and identify root causes of issues
- Experience with multiple software applications is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel is encouraged
- Basic understanding of residential construction is helpful
